These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MAIA Decision OS ("MAIA"), operated by Spacious Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
MAIA Decision OS is a governed decision rehearsal system. It maps dependencies, simulates disruptions, models cascade effects, and delivers viability verdicts for strategic decisions. MAIA is a decision support tool — it does not make decisions, provide legal advice, medical advice, investment advice, or regulatory compliance determinations.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may add biometric login (passkeys) for additional security. One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted.
3. Pricing and Purchases
MAIA is priced at $89 per Decision Rehearsal. Each rehearsal is purchased individually through your account dashboard and paid for at the time of purchase via Stripe. A purchased rehearsal is marked as run when the rehearsal begins (at the intent submission stage) and is not refundable from that point forward. A rehearsal you have purchased but not run may be refunded — contact [email protected].
4. No Subscription
MAIA does not operate on a subscription, seat, or recurring-plan basis. There is no monthly fee, no access fee, no usage cap, and no auto-renewal. Holding an account costs nothing. You pay only when you purchase a Decision Rehearsal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MAIA to: rehearse decisions involving illegal activity; input data you do not have authorization to share; attempt to extract MAIA's internal methodology, agent architecture, or YAML configuration; use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations; share account credentials with others.
6. Data Handling
MAIA operates under a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policy for rehearsal data. Documents you upload are processed in memory only and are never written to persistent storage. All session data is purged on session close, with a 24-hour hard TTL cap. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Zero Data Retention documentation.
7. Intellectual Property
The rehearsal outputs (Decision Brief, Visual Intelligence Package, Written Report) are yours. MAIA's methodology, pipeline architecture, agent configurations, and YAML definitions are proprietary and confidential. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute MAIA's internal systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
MAIA is a decision support tool. Rehearsal outputs are analytical scenarios, not guarantees. MAIA is not liable for business outcomes resulting from decisions made after using the service. You are responsible for all decisions made by your organization.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
