All payments are processed by Stripe. MAIA does not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.

What You're Paying For
MAIA is priced at $89 per Decision Rehearsal. Every charge is a one-time payment for one rehearsal. There is no subscription, no monthly plan, no seat fee, and no recurring charge of any kind — nothing on your account renews. See How MAIA Pricing Works.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe declines the charge and no rehearsal is added to your account. Update your card in Stripe's customer portal and try the purchase again. Because nothing recurs, a failed payment never suspends your account — it simply means that one purchase didn't go through.
Refunds
If you bought a rehearsal and haven't run it, contact [email protected] and we'll handle the refund. Once a rehearsal has started — the moment you click "I'm Ready — Begin Rehearsal" — the analysis has been performed and that rehearsal is not refundable.
Statement Descriptor
The charge on your bank or credit card statement appears as MAIA DECISION OS or a similar variation set in Stripe. If you don't recognize a charge, check your Stripe portal invoice history before contacting support.
