Your First Decision Rehearsal

A rehearsal takes 30 to 120 minutes, depending on how deeply MAIA needs to simulate your decision. Here's what to expect.

Before You Start

Have your decision clearly in mind. The more specific you are, the sharper the rehearsal. "Should we expand into European markets?" is better than "What should we do about growth?"

If you have supporting documents — financial reports, strategic plans, board decks — have them ready to upload. You can also connect data sources like Google Drive, Salesforce, or Slack.

The Rehearsal Flow

Define Your Decision — Describe what you're considering in plain language. MAIA classifies it and identifies the relevant industry context.

Data Discovery — MAIA scans for available data, identifies gaps, and offers to fill them with governed research or industry benchmarks.

Analysis Stages — MAIA maps dependencies, sets a timeline, analyzes structural pathways, generates disruption scenarios, and simulates cascade effects.

Synthesis — MAIA designs countermeasures, assesses system readiness, and assembles a Decision Brief with a viability verdict.

Export — Download your Written Report and Visual Intelligence file. Open them in any browser, share with your team, reference months later.

Your Role

At several stages, MAIA asks for your input — confirming the timeline, selecting disruption scenarios, approving evidence. The rehearsal is a structured dialogue, not a passive report.
