Passkeys let you sign into MAIA with your fingerprint, face, or security key. No password to type. One tap and you're in.
Why Passkeys?
Passkeys are more secure than passwords. They use your device's built-in security (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello) to verify it's you. The private key never leaves your device and can't be phished, guessed, or stolen in a data breach.
Setting Up a Passkey
1. Log into MAIA at app.maiaos.ai
2. When prompted "Add an Extra Layer of Security," tap Secure My Account
3. Your device will ask for biometric verification (fingerprint or face scan)
4. Done. Next time you visit, tap Sign in with Passkey and authenticate with your biometric
Adding Passkeys on Other Devices
Go to Manage Account → Security. You can add passkeys for your laptop, phone, and tablet. Name each one so you can tell them apart.
What If I Skip Passkey Setup?
You can always set it up later from Manage Account → Security. In the meantime, you'll sign in with your email and password.
