MAIA Decision OS is designed for legitimate business decision rehearsal. This policy defines what you can and cannot use the platform for.
Permitted Use
You may use MAIA to rehearse strategic, operational, financial, organizational, and governance decisions within your organization or on behalf of a client you are authorized to advise. You may upload documents you own or have authorization to share. You may connect data sources for which you hold valid access credentials.
Prohibited Use
You may not use MAIA to:
- Process data you do not have authorization to access or share
- Rehearse decisions involving illegal activity
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce MAIA's pipeline architecture, agent prompts, or internal methodology
- Circumvent purchase gates or billing controls
- Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
- Submit content that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Use the platform for purposes other than decision rehearsal (e.g., general-purpose AI chat, content generation, code writing)
Enforcement
MAIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. If your account is suspended for a policy violation, purchased rehearsals that have not been run are not refunded.
