Initialize (S0)
MAIA sets up your session, detects your industry, and runs a system scan. This happens automatically — no input needed.
Define Decision (S1)
You describe your decision. MAIA classifies it, identifies data requirements, discovers gaps, and offers to fill them with research or benchmarks. You approve what enters the analysis.
Dependencies (S2)
MAIA maps dependencies across 8 categories: data, process, integration, security, policy, risk, analytics, and people. You see the critical path and entity universe.
Timeline (S3)
You select a rehearsal horizon — 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, or custom. MAIA builds a phase structure with milestones and irreversibility points.
Structure (S4)
MAIA analyzes pathway depths (1-step, 3-step, 5-step), identifies fragility points, and maps silent failure zones.
Stress Test (S5)
MAIA generates disruption scenarios from the dependency structure. You select which ones to simulate.
Cascades (S5a)
Multi-agent simulation propagates each disruption through the dependency map. You see trigger → propagation → end state for each scenario.
Countermeasures & Readiness (S6)
MAIA designs stabilizers for each risk and scores system readiness across 5 dimensions.
Decision Brief (S7)
The capstone: verdict, key factors, risk register, path analysis, and monitoring indicators.
