MAIA Decision OS ("MAIA," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website located at maiaos.ai and provides a governed decision rehearsal system built on Anthropic's Model Context Protocol. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

By using our website or submitting your information through any form on maiaos.ai, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or submit your information.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us. At this time, we collect the following personal data:

We do not collect payment information, decision content, session data, behavioral analytics, cookies for tracking purposes, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

Account communications. We use your name and email address to communicate your subscription status and service updates.

Responding to inquiries. If you contact us via the Contact Us form, we use the information you provide to respond to your message.

Charter Member pricing. Your signup date determines eligibility for Charter Member pricing.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond direct communication related to MAIA's launch and your access.

Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as you remain on the subscriber list or until you request removal. If MAIA launches and you do not convert to a paid subscriber, we will delete your account data within 90 days of the launch date.

Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months for correspondence records, then deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address listed in Section 7 of this policy. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party.

MAIA Decision OS is powered by Claude, Anthropic's AI model, via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you use the MAIA decision rehearsal system (once live), your session interactions are processed through Anthropic's infrastructure in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. MAIA does not transmit your name or email to Anthropic or any other party.

We are not affiliated with Anthropic. MAIA Decision OS is an independent product.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our site is served over HTTPS. Early access submissions are transmitted securely and stored with restricted access.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw your consent to receive communications from us at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy as MAIA's product and data practices evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
